The Clerk, U.S. House of Representatives

Today I received a very awesome thing.  I received a vanilla envelop from the Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives.  Inside was a booklet on what I am supposed to do as a candidate when making Financial Disclosure Statements, directly to the House of Representatives.  This is only done if the Federal government has verified you as an actual candidate.  Needless to say, I was very excited about getting it.  I did what was asked of me, filed what I could electronically, and Monday will be mailing the required forms back to them as per the law.  Since I received this information, as a candidate, I could not be more excited.  This means, legally, I am taking all the correct steps necessary in order to become an official candidate.  An official candidate is just someone who's name will be on the ballot.  This is exciting!  I am so ready for the state of Tennessee to finish up verifying the voters signatures I obtained, so I can start doing my campaigning.   Hopefully, by the end of the upcoming week, I will be officially on the ballot and I can keep my event scheduled for the 29th!  Anyways, just wanted to share my exciting news.  I hope those who come to my website and read this, find it just as exciting, even if it's been a while and you're here a few months down the road, just to check me out.  To me, my name getting out there, good or bad (although I hope it's not a lot of bad lol), has lead people to actually check me out, and maybe even garnish some supporters.  Until the next time, have a great rest of you weekend, and enjoy your religious day tomorrow (Sunday).
